About
PILYNN was founded in late 2020 by Pilynn Siriphanich. The original design came from her research, A series of accessories for Baan Pa Toom-Pa Tai’s Museum, Sakon Nakhon Province, where she discovered the art of folding technique and Thai silk.
Every bag is inspired by creative craft and cultural wisdom in Thailand. The primary material employed is handwoven silk and cotton. The design creation emphasises experimentation to become unique and different. The folding technique is developed and plays as the brand’s signature characteristic.

Designer
Pilynn Siriphanich graduated and trained in Italy but came back to Thailand in 2014. She started working as a souvenir designer at Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, where she discovered her passion for Thai craftsmanship.
Since 2017, Pilynn has worked full-time at the Department of Jewellery Design, Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University. In 2019, She won the Emerging Designer Award in Jewellery Design category. Her works have been inspired by Thai cultural wisdom. Then, she eventually founded PILYNN in 2020.
Currently, Pilynn operates her brand from Japan, where she is pursuing her doctoral degree since October 2023.
